I've secretly wanted to learn how to play the drums since I was a child, but always felt intimidated or something. Then I met Sheri from Hit It Big Drum School (I'm 50-something now). There's just something special about Sheri...she is so encouraging and patient, and she made me feel at ease while teaching me the basics. Her enthusiasm for playing the drums - and for teaching - is inspiring, and fun to watch. I will be signing up for more lessons as I simply had so much fun with Sheri at her drum studio.

This was an amazing experience for me! Sheri creates such a comfortable space for all levels to grow and expand your skill no matter what level you are at. Her studio set up is fantastic! Such a beautiful space as well as being able to play your own kit while hearing her and seeing her stick movement. I loved it and want to go again!!!

My 10 year old son started playing drums with Sheri with no prior experience. He has learned so much since beginning his lessons. The studio is beautiful and easy to find. The classes are well paced and something my son really looks forward to each week. He is excited to learn songs that he knows and recognizes. Sheri is knowledgeable, approachable, and just an all around amazing music instructor.

I have 17 years of experience and attended a Master Class with Zorro. This experience was revolutionary for me and has sculpted the way I now hold the sticks, practice fundamentals, and envision myself as someone who one day could be as good as the great drummers of our time. Don't wait! Whether you have never performed a single parradiddle or are in your 30th year as a drummer. There is a way to grow and improve in this place.

Sheri is so kind and bursting with joy! My grandson had his first drumming lesson with Sheri and loved every minute of it. I was so impressed with her patience. Her teaching techniques demonstrating some necessary fundamentals while have an absolute blast rocking out to some old rock and roll classic's. My grandson immediately asked for another session with Sheri. If you are looking for a positive musical experience, whether for your child or yourself, I highly recommend Sheri. She is amazing!!

Sheri is such a wonderful teacher, and I am incredibly grateful to have found her for my 7-year-old daughter. She is patient, fun, engaging, and genuinely tailors the lesson pace to where the student is in the moment. We have been taking lessons for three months now, and I am blown away by the progress my daughter has made in such a short time. This is the first extracurricular activity where my daughter actually asks to do more instead of ending early! You can really tell Sheri loves music, it emanates through her teaching and is completely infectious. Her studio space is also so thoughtful, polished, and inviting. Beyond the lessons, Sheri has helped us piece together equipment to make practicing at home much easier. She is just amazing at what she does and has been so great to us. She is welcoming to all ages, incredibly kind, and I cannot praise her enough. I highly recommend taking lessons with her if you are looking to start drumming!

Sister's on Drums is one of the finest drum studios ever built. I recently had the opportunity to tour the large, new, custom-designed facility, built lovingly atop a massive rock base and nestled in a rural farm setting straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting. I sat down at one of the full-size Gretsch drum kits as Sheri, a master musician of several instruments and lead drum instructor, cued up several classic rock drum songs. While I did my best to match one of my heroes, Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Sheri patiently broke down how to play the song. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced drummer, this studio should be on your bucket list for sure.

Sheri is such a fun, positive and energetic teacher! My son loves her! She is very patient and easy to work with. She teaches out of a beautiful studio and offers several opportunities for students to perform each year. We are very grateful we found her!

Sheri is one of those special teachers that you come across once or twice in a lifetime. Both her background in music and formal education shine as she guides students through each class with joy. Her ability to mix fun, technical knowledge, and straightforward music education on day one of class had my jaw on the floor.
